A Story Told in Courses
The Golden Fork began with a single conviction: that a meal should slow the world down. In 2012, Chef Isabella Moretti opened a 40-seat dining room in a former West Loop warehouse, determined to cook the food of her childhood — refined, seasonal, and unapologetically generous.
Today, our kitchen works with the same purveyors we started with: Midwest farms, Great Lakes fisheries, and a handful of artisans whose names you'll find handwritten on our menu each evening. The room stays small on purpose, the candles stay lit, and the pacing stays ours — not the clock's.
From the first amuse-bouche to the last sip of cordial, every detail is composed to give you one unhurried, beautiful evening.
